Worldwide Hospitality Solutions (WHS) provides a comprehensive range
of consultative services to restaurants, hotels and country clubs. Our
clients include startups, multi-unit operators and established restaurants
that have suffered from declining sales and profits. All of our consultants
are former restaurant operators and each has worked with some of the
most successful hospitality companies - and brands - in North America.
We devote considerable effort on the front end of all projects to ensure a
thorough understanding of our client's goals. We construct a mutually
developed plan that includes clearly-defined objectives. Time lines are
designed to be aggressive but realistic. We specialize in accomplishing a
great deal while minimizing costs to the client. We work efficiently and
creatively to deliver work that is timely and within budget.
